Astrial hosts a variety of "self-hosted" open source alternative online services. Please read the following Terms carefully as these rules apply across all of our services.
1. Usage
1.1. You cannot use our services to:

Send or distribute spam

Send or distribute unwanted advertising

Exploit, hack or breach Astrial's infrastructure and services

Conduct illegal or criminal activity

Intentionally threaten, intimidate or bully others
1.2. You cannot use our services, without prior written permission (typically through email) to:

"Pen-test", "white hat" or test the security of Astrial's infrastructure and services
1.3. You cannot use our services to support, assist or advocate for:

Hateful and extreme ideologies

Groups widely desginated as known terrorist organisations

Hate speech. Hate speech is defined as any form of abusive or threatening speech, text or writing that expresses prejudice on the basis of ethnicity, ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender or similar grounds
1.4. You cannot use our services to distribute the following content:

Gore, "shock content", snuff, etc. (including computer and AI generated images of such content)

Illegal content of any kind
2. Enforcement
Astrial reserves the right to delete, deactivate, temporarily ban or otherwise restrict your account if we find you are breaching our terms of service.
Once your account is removed from using our services you may not create further accounts. Any further accounts we discover may be deleted or otherwise restricted from using our services.
3. No Warranty
Astrial offers services "as is", without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory. In no event shall Astrial be liable for any claim, damages or other liabilities arising from, out of, or in connection with the services or the use or other dealings with the services. Astrial expressly disclaims all implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Astrial does not warrant the reliability, accessibility or quality of the Service. You agree that your use of the services is at your own risk.
